Finances – Levies

Levies are payable monthly in advance and the due date is the 1^st day of each month. Payment must be received by the Managing Agent no more than 7 days from the due date.

The major items covered by the levies are: Insurance of all buildings including houses and apartments (not the contents; this remains the occupant’s responsibility), repairs and maintenance to the Common Property (which includes the exterior of all houses and apartments), gardening, security and salaries and wages. Numerous other less significant costs are also included, and details are available from the Budget document which is approved by owners at the Annual General Meeting.
